SARMCO srl specializes in the large-scale production of mechanical components, complete assemblies and high-precision turned parts. We produce medium to large-scale batch sizes of special bearings with rollers and balls, custom-made bearing bodies with integrated raceways, cam and roller followers, tempered and ground rings and flanges, bushings and guide rails.
We manufacture entirely in Italy near Monza and Brianza at our Desio premises, which cover an impressive 7,000 square metre area.
As a dynamic and trusted partner with a team of over 30 experienced engineers, SARMCO supplies both national and international customers across various industrial sectors.

MACHINING AND SERVICES

Purchase, initial inspection, and storage of raw materials and semi-finished products
Complete cycle of mechanical machining before heat treatments:
- CNC turning of moulded, profiled, forged and cast parts with robotic or manual loading (max diameter 500 mm - max weight 20 kg)
- CNC bar turning with automatic loaders (max diameter 67 mm)
- CN cutting to size of bars/profiles...

MATERIALS AND SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

We produce precision mechanical parts and assemblies using the following materials and semi-finished products, either supplied fully or subcontracted:

Carbon steels for quenching and tempering, alloy steels, free-cutting steels
Steels for hardening, carburizing and surface hardening, nitriding
Bearing steels: 100Cr6 (soft-annealed W-Nr.1.3505) and 100CrMo7 (W-Nr.1.3536)
Stainless steels AISI 303-304 AISI316, AISI 420-440C (W- Nr.1.4125), AISI 630 (17-4-PH)
Semi-finished steel and stainless steel products: pressed, sheared, investment castings and forged
Aluminium: castings or die-castings, special profiles, bars, pressed parts
Hydraulic or high-strength GG700 ductile cast iron castings
Titanium in Ti-6Al-4V bars and pressed parts

QUALITY CONTROL, TOOLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Our quality standards have long been widely confirmed within European regulations. We carry out acceptance inspections, initial process tests, and final tests in our well-equipped Metrology Laboratories, which include 3-D measuring machines with scanning capabilities in a temperature-controlled chamber, profilometers and roughness testers with laser interferometric transducer readings, roundness measuring instruments, profile projectors, hardness testers and micro durometers, microscopes, pads and rings, ceramic gauge blocks, callipers and 1/1000 micrometers.
In our in-house Tooling division, we manufacture all item-gripping equipment, special tools and specific process/control equipment for final testing (e.g., clearance and symmetry checks).
